Frequently Asked Questions

The threads for the tripod feet block the laser

We tested various tripod foot lengths and found that when the feet are fully screwed into the shortest position, they can slightly block the laser’s path.

However, even in this short setup, the laser line will still shine on the ball on the hitting mat and the screen, allowing you to see the horizontal line and complete a full setup.

This length offers the greatest flexibility, making the stand adaptable to a variety of situations.

My Laser line is crooked

The laser leveling stand is designed to be leveled first, and then the cross laser is rotated in its housing to visually align with the target. While we pre-align the lasers, it's possible that the barrel of the laser may have rotated during transport or setup. If this happens, simply rotate the laser to realign it visually.

If you're having difficulty viewing the laser well enough for this adjustment, especially when using a net outdoors, you can first level the stand indoors and use a visual reference point, such as baseboards or a doorframe, to help realign it.
